士多啤梨果醬

上星期買左兩盤士多啤梨諗住整,點知唔記得左...結果要全部投籃...

今日去到超市又見到士多啤梨,心有不甘...再買!仲即刻開工整埋!!

用料好簡單:士多啤梨,糖,檸檬

 
用POTATOE MESHER壓爛D士多啤梨,煮一陣就落糖...見成大碗糖落落去個煲,真係覺得呢煲野好大鑊...                           

 
煮煮下就會出白泡,要比心機撈返出黎,撈到咁上下盤JAM就會清番...好神奇!

 
剛剛好一樽滿,不過我未捨得食住...食味係點,第日話你聽!
