MACANESE MINCE = 澳式免治,朋友屋企叫呢個餸做MINCHI。
材料:
薯仔一個:切粒用油炸熟備用。[怕熱氣既話,可以唔炸,烚熟薯仔]。
洋葱(半個),葱頭(SHALLOT) 2粒,蒜頭2-3粒:全部切粒。
黄薑粉(TUMERIC):1小匙。
做法:少少油起鑊,落洋葱/葱頭/蒜頭,加入黄薑粉兜均。洋葱/葱頭/蒜頭軟身就加入免治,中慢火兜下炒下,煮到水同油都乾晒/免治乾身就可以加入老抽整靚D色水/調味。[仲可以加少少喼汁(WORCESTER SAUCE)]。
[MAMI自把自為加入左青豆。]
然後加入炸好既薯仔粒,兜均。完成。
不過MAMI次次都係講個堆對白:乖啦!試一啖咁多啦!未試過唔可以話唔食,試左唔鍾意可以吐返出黎,MAMI就以後都唔會再叫你食呢樣餸,OKAY?

免治我都鍾意架, 我之前自己試過整, 不過同餐廳味道唔同。下次要跟你呢個食譜整。
